Billing questions
How does billing work?
Starter is a single $500 payment for a defined deliverable — no recurring charge. Growth and Elite charge one amount at signup ($550 and $900) made of a $300 one-time setup fee plus your first month; the monthly rate ($250 or $600) then renews starting one month later through Stripe. Every checkout page shows the exact breakdown before you pay.
What if I want changes after delivery?
Every plan includes two consolidated revision rounds after initial delivery, scoped to what was agreed. Consolidated means each round is one batched list of changes — gather everything, send it together, we work through it. It keeps revisions fast and honest in both directions.
Can I cancel?
Growth and Elite renew monthly through Stripe and can be canceled anytime from your Stripe receipt email or by emailing hello@amberfront.com — no call required. Cancellation stops future renewals; the month already paid for runs to its end.
Do you need admin access to my store?
Collaborator access through Shopify’s own flow. We never ask for passwords.
Is the audit score official?
No. It’s our proprietary heuristic built on live responses from your store’s MCP, catalog, and schema endpoints. Shopify publishes no official score — anyone claiming otherwise is guessing too.
How long does setup take?
Five to seven business days from collaborator access to delivered configuration, enriched feed, and Knowledge Base import files — the same window on every plan.
