Terms of Service

Written to be read. If anything here is unclear, email before you buy — you’ll get a straight answer. Last updated July 10, 2026.

What Amberfront does

Amberfront configures Shopify stores for AI shopping agents: MCP endpoint setup and verification, product-feed enrichment, Knowledge Base deployment, AI-channel monitoring, and (on Elite) post-purchase retention automation. The free audit is an informational report built from your store's public endpoints, scored by our own heuristic model — it is not an official Shopify metric.

Plans, payment, and renewal

Prices, what's included in each plan, and what's charged at signup versus monthly are itemized on every checkout page before you pay. Starter is one-time. Growth and Elite charge a one-time setup fee plus the first month at signup, then renew monthly through Stripe until canceled. Full details live on the Billing & Cancellation page.

Revisions

Every plan includes two consolidated revision rounds after initial delivery, limited to the agreed project scope. Consolidated means each round is one batched list of requested changes — collect everything you'd like adjusted and send it together, and we work through the batch. Revisions refine what was delivered; they don't add net-new scope, and they aren't a guarantee of specific AI rankings, recommendations, or revenue.

What we need from you

Delivery timelines start when we have what the work needs — chiefly Shopify collaborator access requested through Shopify's own flow (we never ask for your password) and your store policies. Delays in providing access extend the timeline by the same amount; they don't void anything.

What we don't promise

AI shopping surfaces (ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, and the rest) rank and recommend by their own systems, which change without notice. We configure your store to be maximally readable and verifiable by those systems, and we show our work — but we do not and cannot guarantee specific rankings, recommendation rates, traffic, or revenue. Anyone who guarantees those is guessing.

Your store, your data, your deliverables

Everything we configure or produce for your store — feeds, Knowledge Base content, schema, documentation — is yours once paid for. We keep collaborator access only while the engagement needs it and remove it when the work ends or you ask.

Liability

We work carefully on live stores and stage changes where Shopify allows. To the maximum extent the law permits, Amberfront's total liability for any claim arising from the services is capped at the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim. We're not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for decisions AI shopping platforms make about your store.

Changes and contact

If these terms change materially, active clients get an email before the change applies to them. Questions first: hello@amberfront.com — a direct answer from the person doing the work.
